To the Addressed Commercial Nostr Relay Operators,

I am writing regarding a Nostr user operating under the display name
"FUCKSTR" and the public key:

Over an extended period of time, this user has repeatedly published
allegations against myself, including claims of child abuse, criminal
conduct, deportation related to alleged sex offences, and similar
accusations. Under direction of my attorneys I'm hereby contacting you in
good faith as legally required.

These allegations are false and unsubstantiated. They have caused ongoing
reputational harm and appear to constitute a sustained campaign of
harassment and defamation rather than legitimate discussion or criticism.

We are therefore making the following requests in good faith:

*Preservation of Records*

To the extent permitted by applicable law and your operational policies,
please preserve any logs, records, metadata, connection information,
account information, or other identifying information associated with the
above public key and related events.

*Voluntary Disclosure*

If you are willing and legally able to do so, please contact:

with any information that may assist in identifying the individual
responsible for the activity described above.

*Removal / Purging of Content*

We respectfully request that you remove, purge, or cease serving the
attached event IDs, together with any future events from the above public
key that continue to repeat the same false allegations against the victim.

This communication is intended as a good-faith effort to resolve the matter
without the immediate involvement of legal proceedings.

Should the conduct continue, legal counsel may pursue formal remedies,
including preservation requests, disclosure requests, injunctions,
defamation claims, harassment claims, and any other remedies available
under applicable law.

We appreciate your time and consideration and recognise that relay
operators may have differing moderation policies and legal obligations. Our
request is made solely to address ongoing harassment and demonstrably false
allegations that have caused significant reputational harm.
